Don’t Be Afraid
Mark 6:49-51

The disciples thought they were seeing a ghost!

⁴⁹ They saw him [Jesus] walking on the lake. They thought he was a ghost. They cried out. ⁵⁰ They all saw him and were terrified. Right away he said to them, “Be brave! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” ⁵¹ Then he climbed into the boat with them. The wind died down. And they were completely amazed.

Think!

Nobody can do what God can do! He has power over everything. Can God use His power to help you with your problem? Yes, He can!

God does things in His time and His way. He may not do what you think He should do. He may not do things when you think He should do them. Remember God is also wise. He knows what is best for you. Trust Him!

Dear God, I know You are all-powerful. I trust You to help me by Your great power. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
