A Big Problem
Mark 5:22-24

Everywhere Jesus went people came to Him with their problems.

²² Then a man named Jairus came. He was a synagogue ruler. Seeing Jesus, he fell at his feet. ²³ He begged Jesus, “Please come. My little daughter is dying. Place your hands on her to heal her. Then she will live.” ²⁴ So Jesus went with him. A large group of people followed. They crowded around him.

Jairus was an important leader in the church. But his little girl was dying. He needed Jesus to heal her. So he asked Jesus for help.

Do you have a big problem? Maybe it is a problem at home or at school. When you have a problem, tell God about it. He loves you and wants to help.

The Bible says, “Don’t worry about anything. Instead, tell God about everything” (Philippians 4:6). You can talk to God anytime and anywhere. He will hear you. He will answer.

You can pray like this:

Dear God, help me remember to talk to You when I have a problem. Thank You that You hear and answer. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
