A Sick Man
Mark 1:40-42

⁴⁰ A man who had a skin disease came to Jesus. On his knees he begged Jesus. He said, “If you are willing to make me ‘clean,’ you can do it.” ⁴¹ Jesus was filled with deep concern. He reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing to do it,” he said. “Be ‘clean’!” ⁴² Right away the disease left him. He was healed.

Think!

Jesus is God the Son. God cares about you. You can ask Him for help with your problems. He may take your problem away. He may let a problem go on so you can learn to trust Him more.

The Bible says, “Turn all your worries over to him. He cares about you” (1 Peter 5:7). What problem do you have today? Have you talked to God about it?

Dear God, thank You for caring about me. Please help me trust You with my problems. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
