God gives us joy in many ways. He is a God who brings joy.

How long do you enjoy a delicious ice cream? The holidays? A good performance? We are happy about many things for as long as they last. When the ice cream is eaten, the joy is over. When the school holidays are over, everyday life is filled with schoolwork and we only occasionally think back to the wonderful memories we made.
